Rockport real estate sales are down and there is an abundance of homes listed at this time. I spoke with a Realtor in Rockport and they have said that the market value has gone down by 12% in the past month. There are so many homes in Rockport loosing there value daily. All of the sellers are hoping that the real estate market in Rockport turns around and improves quickly. The realtor I spoke to in Rockport did not think this would happen any time really soon.
